Ummm Windwaker... WTF Is 'Superstitious Fantasy'?????

You know how we've been following Windwaker for years? We're probably going to get to the point where we're saying "remember when they were just that meme band in the local scene!?" and we'll laugh and laugh and laugh... because seriously, their debut album Love Language (out May 6th via Fearless Records/Cooking Vinyl Australia) is going to blow your f*cking mind!

Today the band released the fourth single 'Superstitious Fantasy', which is a thumping concoction of EDM/core meets industrial metal, guttural growls, blast beats, nu-metal rapping and harmonizing cleans that finally prove frontman Will King is in fact a man possessed. We've been saying it for years, this guy's vocal range is f*cking insane and this song, plus previous singles 'Glow', ‘Beautiful‘ and 'Lucy' back this claim 1,000%

This is a relatively new band to the Australian heavy music scene, however they're self-producing music that sounds like Bring Me The Horizon in 2022, but executed with pristine precision and their own unique spin... on a bloody debut album FFS! We're four songs in - on top of their cover of Britney Spears' classic 'Toxic' - and you still have a further eight tracks you're yet to hear (including 'Dopamine Freestyle' and 'Trenches') 🥴🥴🥴

Love Language is now an early contender for Album of the Year. I'm calling it now!
