We Came As Romans Announce Aussie Tour With Invent Animate

In 2022, We Came As Romans came out of the gate with ripper metalcore record Darkbloom. The album included rotatable tracks like ‘Plagued‘ and ‘Daggers‘ as well as a self-titled reimagination of ‘Darkbloom‘ with Canadian deathcore band Brand of Sacrifice – a personal favourite.

The five-piece have now finally announced their first post-Covid trip down to Australia. We Came As Romans will be bringing Invent Animate down with them in late August and early September this year, presented by Destroy All Lines. We think it may be around eight years since the Michigan band were in town, where they joined In Hearts Wake in 2015, so this won’t be one to miss.

On Invent Animate, what a special support slot this is going to be. The UNFD band have never been downunder and they’ve just released AOTY contender Heavener, which has technical metalcore fans shedding tears of happiness.
