PALEDUSK Are Ready to ‘Rumble’ on New Track feat. Masato From COLDRAIN

Paledusk Masato Coldrain rumble single

It’s been a big week for Paledusk. Adding new drummer BOB to the lineup, heading to the USA to tour with Australia’s favourite sons Polaris and now dropping an absolute banger of a new single, ‘Rumble‘ featuring Masato from Coldrain.

Last year, Paledusk captured the hearts of the Australian metalcore scene. Being brought into the fold by Alpha Wolf on the Metalcore Snitches tour, we fell in love with their chaotic energy and ridiculously catchy music. It was so nice, that they came back twice in a year for The 2022 Good Things Festival, supported Electric Callboy and did their own headline tour. Since then, they have been a whirlwind, tearing through Europe- introducing the rest of the world to their own unique brand of metalcore.

When this band drops new music, the only thing you can expect is the unexpected. From the first few seconds of ‘Rumble‘, you think that perhaps it might be a slower track. Quickly though you are sucked into the chaos. That signature stop-start in flow, a mish-mash of styles and sounds: for any other band this would not work. It almost feels like a challenge for the band to see how many layers they can add. The inclusion of Masato‘s higher clean vocals juxtaposes beautifully with Kaito‘s aggressive arf-arfs. It is indeed another win for Paledusk and they have certainly solidified their position as one of the most exciting bands in the genre.
