Slipknot Potentially Tease New Masks + New Song for May 16th?

The teasing is well and truly underway for Slipknot fans who may finally get to see the band’s new masks unveiled later this week when they appear on Jimmy Kimmel but before then (the day before to be exact), it looks like they’re teasing a new song will drop which may or may not be the first time the new masks will be unveiled.
On their website right now is the number 0516 (May 16th) with an eye behind it, meaning, look here on May 16th maybe?
To add more fuel to the fire, there’s a teaser video on Twitter right now and if you pause it at the right moment, you can catch a glimpse of their masks, potentially new ones as well. Below is a snapshot of all of the ones we could clearly get a look at. Not sure if any have been used in the past but some of those are clearly new so you can bet your bottom dollar they’ll be making an appearance later this week.
The band’s new album is set for release on Friday, August 9th, 2019 and it’s unknown if percussionist Chris Fehn‘s ousting from the band will affect the release in any way. We’ll have more for you on that once it comes into us…
