Since their explosive arrival back in 2021, ten56. have been carving a path of controlled chaos through the heavy music scene, a relentless assault on the senses that’s both suffocating and cathartic. Now, the French heavy genre-benders are back, and they're ready to drown us all in the next chapter of their unyielding darkness. Judging by what's showing up on digital streaming platforms, it looks like the band’s highly anticipated sophomore record IO is on its way, with new brutal track 'I Know Where You Sleep' leading the charge - out today.

With the sonic hellscape that ten56. created with debut LP Downer, we are expecting an even darker underbelly with their next release. Tracks like 'Earwig' and 'ICU' and more recently 'PTY FCK' laid the groundwork for a truly unsettling brand of metalcore-come-deathcore. 'I Know Where You Sleep' is not just a song; it's a descent. It's the unnerving sound of snapping tension. With frontman Aaron Matts' signature vocal delivery weaving between guttural lows and an ominous spoken-word whisper, the track is a sharp pang in a hellish escape.
