Remember Harper, who stole Spiritbox's heart after bellowing on America’s Got Talent? The 9 (who might've turned 10 by now) year old released her debut djenty single ‘Falling‘ about a year ago and is now back with another new one.New track 'Weight Of The World' has just come out via Pale Chord Music - the same independent label as Spiritbox, and let's just say it features a few musicians you might be familiar with. Harper's sophomore single has her recruit both metalcore and deathcore heroes, respectively We Came As Romans and Brand of Sacrifice. The four-minute release kicks in with crunchy guitars and no time wasted from Harper who unleashes an immediate deep roar and opening verse, followed by We Came As Romans stepping in to deliver their sizable operatic sound. As the song develops, everything gets even heavier and Harper's gutturals get throatier with Brand of Sacrifice stepping in - the same way they did with We Came As Romans' reimagined 'Darkbloom'. This collab sure makes for one hell of a massive breakdown-filled single in all of its totality. On the new single, Harper comments:"Weight Of The World was written about the last few years of my life. I'm still so new to music, and I definitely felt there was a lot of pressure on my shoulders holding the flag for heavy music on such a commercial stage last year. It's also a very empowering song, and I really hope through my music a lot of kids my age can discover heavy music and also be inspired to make their own. It was so good to work with Leo and Dave on this song. I'm a big fan of both of their bands, so to have them be a part of this was really cool!"Words by Ricky Aarons @rickysaul90
