We Burn Bridges Reach for Nu-Metal Undertones with 'Death Curse'

We've been following the journey of Darwin/Larrakia band We Burn Bridges for a few years now and to say it's been a joyous ride would be an understatement! From our first encounter on 'Self-Drought' through to their Head Prison EP and last single 'Predator' the band have been honing in on their craft, creating memorable heavy tunes that satisfy the cravings of the top end's heavy scene.

Now the lads are back with 'Death Curse' feat. former member BxK who throws down some hip-hop verses that take the song from jarring rock, to nu-metal territory, and it just works so well! This band is pure example of what you can do in isolation (being so far away from Major cities) and producing some quality hard rock music worthy of a mention across the country.

On the new release, vocalist Jack Ryan elaborates:

“We’re excited to be releasing steady singles and playing shows to keep us on our toes and pump life back into the heavy scene up here in Darwin. We strive to not marry ourselves to a genre and have some other elements bleed into our music. For the most part, we are very much a heavy oriented band."
