Make Them Suffer Announce 10 Years of Neverbloom Tour with Fit For An Autopsy & Ocean Sleeper

It felt good writing the title of this one. We’ve been speculating a decade of Neverbloom tour ever since Sean Harmanis of Make Them Suffer referenced it during a chat with us at Full Tilt Melbourne last March.

Since then, the WA outfit have certainly been busy – they had Alex Reade join the band (interview here), they released stellar single ‘Doomswitch‘ and finally embarked on a post-COVID open borders Australian tour. They also managed to squeeze in a monster U.S. tour with metalcore friends Bad Omens, Dayseeker and more.

Supposedly with a new album getting baked in a Perth kitchen somewhere, Make Them Suffer are flying over for a very special Knotfest sideshow, supporting Spiritbox with Reliqa. Don’t stress, they’re not letting the top-end suffer, having finally announced a Darwin show on June 10.

That’s. Not. All. In fact, none of this background is why we’re here today. We’re here today to share that Make Them Suffer are embarking on a full-blown Australian tour in May and June to celebrate 10 years of their debut album of the deathcore variety – Neverbloom; all thanks to Destroy All Lines, New World Artists, Open Door Management & Greyscale Records Presents.

The now-five-piece will be playing the record front-to-back with tracks like ‘Elegies‘, ‘Maelstrom‘ and ‘Weeping Wastelands‘, just to name a few. So get this right, they’re bringing Fit For An Autopsy back down with them, as well as chucking Ocean Sleeper on the lineup for good measure; and if you know us – you know we vehemently approve.

Our mates Fit For An Autopsy were down here in July for their Oh What The Future Holds tour and we had a great time doing deathcore karaoke with frontman Joe Bad. We couldn’t be more elated that they’re coming back already. Oh, and you might’ve noticed they’re teasing something with Thy Art Is Murder for this week – we’ll have you covered on that too.

We can’t wait to see Ocean Sleeper join the stage with such high prestige heavy artists because after their 2022 EP Is It Better Feeling Nothing, we’ve just been regularly checking our watches to see what time they’re going to blow the fuck up.

Tickets are going to fly out the door for this one so you’ll want to get in quick. Oh, and one more thing – Make Them Suffer are celebrating the occasion by making the wonderous Neverbloom album available for the first time ever on vinyl as well as the remaster on all streaming platforms – you can check that out right now by the way.
