Joe Bad – Fit For An Autopsy ‘Dicing Deathcore in a Pizza Booth’

Fit For An Autopsy are currently ripping through Australia on a black mammoth tour with special guests The Gloom In The Corner, Starve and The Wandering, thanks to Human Warfare. After tearing a new one in Perth and Adelaide, the heavyweights arrived in Melbourne for their first of two shows at Stay Gold (our coverage here). With a complete sell-out ahead, we grabbed vocalist and frontman Joe Bad at Ollie’s Pizza Parlour for a slice of deathcore.

On the back of AOTY material Oh What The Future Holds, Bad jumps in a booth with us to chat about the new record’s reception worldwide, getting the call from Trivium‘s Matt Heafy to step in for Randy Blythe and Lamb of God, and a bit of Wall of Sound karaoke too. Before his AC/DC gutturals, the frontman shares more on post-deathcore as described by guitarist/mixer Will Putney back when we chatted to him earlier this year (interview here).

Check out our chat with Fit For An Autopsy below and grab tickets to their remaining Aussie shows here.
