Much like Caleb Shomo in Beartooth, Landon Tewers is the mastermind behind the band, writing the music and lyricism with each and every release and so far, his journey with these three EP Volumes have taken fans on an incredible journey of self-discovery and highs and lows with the variety of tracks released, including the heaviness of 'Forgotten', and 'Don't Look Away', the stadium-rock sensations 'All That I Can Give', and 'Left Behind' and the in-between 'Divide' and 'Closure'.
Trust me, put Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 on back to back and listen to some of the best music this band/man has made, this is the summit of The Plot In You's releases and they just get better with each EP dropped.
The newest single is no different and sets up an exciting closing chapter of this run of EPs.

Vol. 3's era has commenced with the release of 'Been Here Before', coming in at just over 4 and a half minutes, it's not only the longest track the outfit has released so far, but it continues the climb to success, combining the winning formula of the stadium-rock tracks from the last entries, but expanding the instrumental sounds to give us an atmospheric rock sound which would rival that of 30 Seconds To Mars in their peak This Is War era... you know, before Jared's Jesus complex kicked in.
Landon howls, expressing emotion with every word sung/screamed and just try not join in on your commute to work, or run around the neighbourhood. It's empowering, invigorating and poetic melodic-core at it's finest, just look at those lyrics.

On the new track, Landon shares:
"This song was the first Plot tune where I took influence from some pop-punk artists, speaking on relationship themes and the push and pull that comes with being with someone through hard times."
