Humanity's Last Breath have been teasing fans with multiple single drops from the soon-to-be-released Ashen, and they've blown us away so far. Leading up to the album's August 4 release date via Unique Leader Records, we've been presented with 'Labyrinthian', 'Instill', and most recently 'Linger'. The fourth and final single from this album 'Passage' is out now.
From the second you hit play, 'Passage' is unfathomably crushing. It's a brutal listen in all the best ways. The heavy distortions that open the track and progress to weighty instrumentals and intense vocals, entice the listener throughout. The breakdowns are busy and precise, mixing in some atmosphere via clean vocals whilst still being punishing.
One final tease from Humanity's Last Breath has left me counting down until album release day. If these singles are anything to go by, it's going to be killer.
