The countdown is on until From Ashes To New unleash their genre-bending album BLACKOUT on July 28 through Better Noise Music, and they're back with another serving of rap/rock to satisfy the senses.

Drawing us in is a soft synth sound that erupts when the rock elements kick in before frontman Matt Brandyberry starts spitting verses as us in a similar vein to I Prevail, and FATN's personal heroes Linkin Park. The chorus will find fans singing along before the second rap verse starts, faster than the last. In a world of metalcore, the band are trying to stand out from the crowd and they're winning new fans with each new song that arises - this is no different.

On the new single, the band shared:

“'Armageddon' focuses on the current state of the world and how the fighting and the division is leading to some of the worst social times in recent history."

BLACKOUT is shaping up to be the band's most successful release to date, and with their last single, 'Hate Me Too', scoring a reworked video showing off their live skills, it won't be long until you'll find yourself on the hype train too.

Check back in for the apocalyptic music video drop a little later, and get ready to stream 'Armageddon' at midnight local time!
