Emmure Announce CVLTFEST Sideshows with ten56. & Diamond Construct
So you like your music heavy? Christmas just came early for nu-deathcore fans. The almighty Emmure, ten56. and Diamond Construct will all be appearing at Alpha Wolf's sophomore Aussie festival CVLTFEST in Brisbane, February, 2024. With a huge score of artists joining, including Japanese metalcore groups Crossfaith and Paledusk, the festival is set to be a boiler.In the midst of selling out, the sideshows for the festival have begun to appear, and the first cab off the ranks is an absolute monstrous one. Emmure haven't been to Australia since the very first Good Things Festival back in 2018. It'll be over half a decade as they make their triumphant return. Frontman Frankie Palmeri has lost drummer Josh 'Baby J' Miller to Darko (US) and what was SPITE at the time, so it'll be interesting to see who they have on the cans. The band seems to still have guitar extraordinaire Joshua Travis, who's appeared on the band's recent U.S. tour with We Came As Romans.Joining the controversial modern deathcore squad will be the effervescent ten56. all the way from Paris. If you know us, you'll know we've been following Aaron Matts and the boys since day one and we couldn't be prouder of their first-ever Aussie tour, after meeting Alpha Wolf around the globe over the past year. The nu-deathcore powerhouse will be playing punishing tracks off their debut record Downer, which was originally released in two parts.Finally, if this tour isn't heavy enough, CVLTFEST band Diamond Construct will be joining across the five cities in February. With new single 'Jynx' and signing to Pale Chord Records, we just know the boys are going to bring the ruckus. With no EP/LP release since 2020's DCX2 we are surely on the verge of hearing some new jams.If this ain't enough to boil your kettle, then I'm not sure what is.
