Hear Hollywood Undead in 'City of the Dead' + Announce New LP

California-based rock hybrids Hollywood Undead have this week announced their eighth studio full-length, Hotel Kalifornia. The album will see a release date of August 12th through BMG and to celebrate, the boys have unveiled new track 'City of the Dead'.
The song brings to light the ever prevalent issue of homelessness on rising costs of living that exists in the band's home state of California. 'City of the Dead' marks the band's steady progression as they effortlessly work to blur the line between their various influences of industrial metal, hip hop and rock.
I don't know about you, but songs that depict the raw, gritty lifestyle of Los Angeles, California help to paint a picture of what really lies underneath all the glitz and glamour of Hollywood. Hollywood Undead have certainly painted a strong vision of this track in an exemplary way that has us intrigued for what else lies ahead on Hotel Kalifornia.
