Andy Black’s American Satan Spin-Off Series Paradise City Dropped A Teaser Trailer

If you've been living under a rock with this one, don't worry, Uncle Wall of Sound will fill you in...

Black Veil Brides' frontman Andy Black starred in a movie called American Satan which was about a heavy metal band called The Relentless selling their souls to the devil to make it big... kinda how Five Finger Death Punch became so popular right!?

Anyway, the movie was alright for what it was and it launched the career of Palaye Royale because frontman Remmington Leith did the vocal performances for Andy throughout the movie, as he wasn't able to sing on any songs due to his prior record contracts (more on that here). That was one of my biggest critics of the movie, but hey, contracts suck and since then, Andy/BVB have signed to Sumerian Records so that shouldn't be an issue with this series I think (don't quote me on that) as they did the soundtrack for the movie.

Fast forward a few years and now American Satan has scored a spin-off tv series titled Paradise City and it's shaping up to be a pretty good, continuing the story of Johnny Faust (Andy Black) and Leo Donovan (yes Ben Bruce from Asking Alexandria) as teased in the trailer:

"The lives of a rock star with ties to the occult and a young rookie kid who idolizes him collide through their broken homes built by the music business."

What's going to be great about this is the "spot-the-heavy-musician" game you can play while watching it with confirmations Kellin Quinn (Sleeping With Sirens) and now Lamb of God's Randy Blythe and Slipknot's Sid Wilson will make cameos during the show which also stars Bella Thorne, Drea De Matteo and Cameron Boyce in his final role after he tragically passed away last July following complications from an ongoing medical condition...

If you're wanting to know the release date, well, you're shit out of luck, that isn't known just yet but we'll keep you posted once we know more, until then, give the teaser trailer a spin below which just so happens to feature an unreleased song from Palaye Royale called 'Tonight Is The Night I Die'.

Keep an eye on their Facebook and Instagram for more!
