Stand Atlantic Hit Back with Bad B!tch Anthem ‘WARZ0NE’

There’s absolutely no denying Stand Atlantic‘s stranglehold on the alternative music scene. Not only have the fast become household names across the world, but their level of enthusiasm and eagerness to conquer makes them a force to be reckoned with.

Following the releases of the last album f.e.a.r.,  sultry single ‘SEX ON THE BEACH‘ and a live collaboration with Linkin Park‘s Mike Shinoda – the awesome foursome delivers another taste of that musical motivation with the new jam ‘WARZ0NE‘ which has been labelled as a bad bitch anthem against the naysayers who talk shit online but never back it up.

With a sound arrangement akin to that of the previous jam ‘switchblade‘ – fans will waste no time getting into the groove the band created by combining chunky riffs and a staunch approach to their messaging with vocalist Bonnie Fraser‘s tantalising performance drawing you into every word being spat into the mic. ‘WARZ0NE‘ is without a doubt one of the heaviest tracks STAT have dropped in recent years and certifies the band’s inclusion in both heavy and alternative music factions – whether you like it or not.

On the new track, Bonnie shares:

“i have been advised many times i shouldn’t respond to hate comments online so i just wrote a song about it instead. i probably gotta work on this, but i think anyone who has experienced negative feedback that isn’t constructive or conducive for a respectful discussion can understand the unrelenting strength it takes to not absolutely rinse someone who has put their hate online and directed it at you. this song is just a fantasy for myself and anyone else who wonders what the hell those people would actually do in real life if they would ever say it to your face. which they wouldn’t because they’re cowards :)”

Stand Atlantic are currently in Australia following a massive 2023 where they played 204 shows worldwide before wrapping up the year at Good Things Festival in Brisbane where we sat down with Bonnie and Miki for a chat in our latest Digi-Mag [read here]. The band also shared a sneak peek into their downtime down under – they’re recording album four and gave us some insights into what to expect.

“We’ve got the poppiest shit we’ve ever written and the heaviest shit we’ve ever written at the same time. So, I can’t wait for idiots to be like, “this sucks” and then we release a heavier song they go, “they’re back!”

If this is the start of what’s to come, sign us the fuck up!
