Our Predictions
Taking a look at the 2024 lineup, it was nice and easy – two stages only, and all quality bands, so with that we reckon some of the following will be en route:
Lamb of God – They were supposed to be on the first run but due to scheduling conflicts had to pull out.
Pantera – The band have been tearing up stages with their celebration for brothers, Dime and Vinnie, and the fans. If there’s one festival eager enough to book them (that they’ve already played in other countries too) it’s Knotty.
Lorna Shore – At Download UK, Will Ramos told us personally they were still manifesting an Australian tour and since nothing has been announced I’m gonna come right out and say Knotfest Australia saving them a spot.
Falling in Reverse – Now, I know I said in our Good Things Rolling Coverage that the band should come down for a headline tour, but something I can’t get past is – they’d be perfect for Knotty.
Steel Panther – Come on, you know you want it too!
Karnivool – they’re gearing up for the UK/EU festival circuit in June, so maybe a spot here to get them ready for the big time crowds.
Disturbed – It’s been way too long since they’ve come down under and now is their time as part of a festival setting.
RedHook – Flying the flag for high-quality heavy/alt-rock from Australia; they’ve dominated festival stages across the world including Download UK and Rock For People.
3 Days Grace – Just going off bands from our UK // Euro Festival assault that haven’t been here for a while and couldn’t go past mentioning them!
