There's no denying the fact we love Vilify here at Wos HQ!

The sheer ferociousness of frontwoman Amy McIntosh invoked something inside of us to scream along with their thought provoking takes on the world around them - through a heavy/hardcore soundscape.

Following on from recent singles 'Take The Pill' and 'Odyssey', the band return with 'From The Inside', a hard-hitting (for more ways than one) throwdown that'll no doubt have you bashing your head as you listen.

The song itself is about internalised homophobia, for the ill-informed, it's when you doubt your true feelings circulating inside you and play a battle against your brain about how you should be - written from Amy's perspective, which she further explains:

“From the inside - in the most direct explanation - is about internalised homophobia. It's about doubting yourself and your sexuality and then having others double down on the doubt."

If you love a good push pit, and a reason to get sweaty, this will no doubt become a crowd fav at future shows, especially if you've internally beaten yourself up at some point for who you truly were inside.

Guitarist Deni Hourihan is a machine ad it's been a pleasure watching her progression with the group alongside drummer kit king Kieran Jackson, and Amy's real-life wifey, bassist Lizi Blanco.

Sto everything and spin new Vilify if you know what's good for you!
