Windwaker Sound The Alarm on Uptempo Thumper ‘Sirens’

It’s been a hot minute since Windwaker graced us with their presence of new music and today is the day we get to check out their brand new alluring bop titled ‘Sirens‘ which once again features new/returning vocalist Liam Guinane doing a more than decent job of filling the void left from Will King following the release of their debut album Love Language. His range is impeccable and you can tell he’s really pushing his limits with this one to prove the point of just how good he really is.

The uptempo, electronic rock track allows each member of the band to shine, whether it be Chris Lalic‘s flawless drum fills, Indey’s thumping basslines, Jesse’s riffs and newbie member Connor Robins’ electronics/samples, it sounds as if Windwaker have kept the momentum flowing and once again found their stride, which is leading the way of this new reiteration of the band.

Oh, and there’s also a HEAVY AF section that’ll no doubt result in a moshpit breaking out at their upcoming shows. A solid release that’s got us fired up for the future of the band.

Later this month, Windy are taking Caskets (UK) across the country and we got both bands to sit down and get to know each other in anticipation – relive that interview here and get tickets asap here!
