Kill The Lights Deliver 'Voices' With New Bassist Jason ‘Jay’ James

A couple of weeks ago Welshman Michael 'Moose' Thomas (ex-Bullet For My Valentine) who shared all with us a while back (interview here) and his Kill The Lights cronies brought in another ex-BFMV talent into their fold, namely bassist Jason ‘Jay’ James who left the band in 2015. The news excited both Kill The Lights and Bullet fans who were getting nourished on nostalgia. Along with the announcement, the thrash metal band released 'Chasing Shadows' to whet our appetites.

Before the release, Kill The Lights dropped their ferocious debut record The Sinner (our review here) back in 2020, featuring singles like ‘Through The Night‘, ‘Watch You Fall‘, ‘Shed My Skin‘ and later even releasing Metallica cover ‘Battery.

The thrashers have now dropped another single called 'Voices' which likely wraps up 2021 for the them. The three-minute track cascades melodic metal elements throughout its clean-vocal carriage. A guitar solo will engross you towards the end and get you prepped for whatever it is the boys have in store for next year.

Enjoy the new Kill The Lights single at midnight local time.
