Following up on their monstrous LP Absolute in 2019 (our interview with Matt Honeycutt here) they’re back in action for this fine #NewMusicFriday with the ultimate throw-down single ‘Resentment’ and they’re not holding anything back. The Rise Records band are all about tour at the moment, but that’s not stopping them with killer new music, and ‘Resentment’ gives you everything you ever dreamed of from Kublai Khan TX. “Take a swing at me!” – that’s how it started.

Constant adrenaline is how it’s going. Honeycutt spits into the mic with relentless energy throughout, and the entire band encapsulate all of their hardcore roots with this aggressive track which is the ultimate way to let off steam without actually getting into a fight. Whether the band has more to announce is yet to be determined, but as always keep your eyes peeled, and we’ll keep you up to date with Kublai Khan TX.
