Goldfinger Return With New Single ‘Wallflower’

US ska/punk rockers Goldfinger are making their return to music with their brand new single ‘Wallflower’. The track is an energetic, fun-filled tune of brass and punk riffs celebrating the joys of being in love. Frontman John Feldmann has dedicated the new tune to his wife, explaining:

“Until she found her place in LA, she was a bit of a wallflower, but she was always with me. I also have an emotional attachment to the film ‘Perks of Being A Wallflower’, so combining that art with our classic Space Girl imagery seemed like it tied it all together.”

Feldmann, who is more well-known nowadays for producing some of today’s biggest alternative/pop punk artists, has gotten original guitarist Charlie Paulson back on board for the band’s next era. The pair join Mike Herrera (of MxPx fame) and Phillip Sneed, as the next chapter of Goldfinger begins to unfold.

Stay tuned because before you know it, I’m sure we’ll be hearing more things from Goldfinger. Watch this space…
