Tool FINALLY Released Their First New Song In 13 Years. Listen to ‘Fear Inoculum’ NOW!!

Well… It has finally happened. Tool have just released their first new song in over 13 years for your listening pleasure. No, this isn’t a joke, it’s literally here and it’s fucking real!!!

The song is the title track to their actual forthcoming album Fear Inoculum which hits shelves (and now streaming services) on August 30th via RCA Records and it is gooooooooood. There was a lot of hype for this release but goddamn, the guys proved their teasing and anticipation was well worth the wait (and at over 10 minutes in length it’ll surely fill the void they left… kinda). It’s groovy, trippy and probably best experienced if you some a little something beforehand… but if that’s not your thing, grab some decent headphones and just chill the fuck out while drifting away on this epic new adventure from the band,

Tool also announced a deluxe, limited-edition CD version of the release (because unlike the rest of the world, they’re still making physical CDs) which was conceived by and directed by Adam Jones, featuring a 4” HD rechargeable screen with exclusive video footage, charging cable, 2-watt speaker, a 36-page booklet and a digital download card. Pre-orders for both the special package and digital downloads are available now (link below). A vinyl release will be announced soon for all of you collectors…

Fear Inoculum will be 85 minutes in length and was engineered and mixed by Joe Barresi who also worked on the band’s 10,000 Days release, you know, over a decade ago! Anyway, stop reading this and give it a listen below or add to your streaming playlists here.

Fear Inoculum will be out on August 30th, 2019. Pre-Order here
Stay up to date the SECOND it gets released here
