Legion Music Festival pledging launches + First Bands Announced

The time has come to get involved and help launch the first Legion Music Festival tour in Australia with their crowd funding partner Pozible. The festival needs to crowd fund a total of $3,275,000 before 11:11am (AEDT) on January 25th.

The pledging launched this morning with various prices and rewards available to those who want to chip in, including access to Early Bird Pre-Sale tickets to all future Legion Music Festivals, Founding Member status all the way to a VIP Founding Industry Partnership for those who really love music and have  a bit of money to throw away at a worthy cause.

On top of the launch the first 6 bands have been announced as Devil You Know, Darkest Hour, Battle Cross and Australian acts Caligula’s Horse, Darkc3ll and Rick Dangerous & The Silkie Bantams with over 20 more bands yet to be announced.

 

The Festivals will take place in each Capital City on the below dates with venues set to be announced soon. Strictly 18+ and Limited Capacity (see below).

Saturday 26 MARCH 2016    MELBOURNE, VIC    10,000 capacity
Sunday 27 MARCH 2016       SYDNEY, NSW   10,000 capacity
Monday 28 MARCH 2016      BRISBANE, QLD   10,000 capacity
Friday 1 APRIL 2016                ADELAIDE, SA   2,000 capacity
Saturday 2 APRIL 2016          PERTH , WA    2,000 capacity

You won’t be charged if the needed pledge amount isn’t met, which also sadly means the Festival will not take place either. So you you love Heavy Music in Australia, we encourage you to help out where you can, we sure as hell will be too!
