The JS Series Spectra Bass JS2P is a bass that acts as a powerhouse with a completely ergonomic form factor. Incorporating a brand-new offset body style, this bass provides an incredibly comfortable playing experience, all whilst providing balance and reliability whenever needed. The smooth maple neck allows for speedy and efficient playing, whilst the upper range of the fretboard is easily available thanks to the joint and effective body design.
Straight off the bat, this bass screams versatility. With both of Jackson’s J and P-Style pickups included in the bridge and neck, this bass is geared towards musicians of any genre. The inclusion of the blend control knob and the bass boost control (when active) allows for complete tonal control, and when used alongside a set of pickups that are incredibly articulate and smooth, a balanced, rich bass tone is never out of reach. The 34” scale length allows for incredible stability when drop tuning, even when tuning as low as C, which makes this a go-to for those delving into hard rock and metal.

This model comes in a natural poplar burl top with an accompanying black burst, and a lavish blue variant with a deep ocean blue burst that’s bound to turn some heads. We were sent out the black burst finish, and it’s just as classy and sleek as the pictures make it out to be. Look at it!
This bass is an incredible addition to the evergrowing Jackson lineup, and is a great option for any musician that is looking for both affordability alongside no sacrifice for quality.
