Brisbane Festival came to a roaring end with an EPIC concert featuring a stack of amazing local bands like, all the way from the indie rock styles of Mane, Methyl Ethel and Meg Mac, through to the punk styles of WAAX and Mansfield's finest Violent Soho who headlined the evening in fine form and even featuring a surprise cameo from fellow Brisbanite Bernard Fanning when the two acts performed the time old classic Powderfinger track 'These Days'.
It was legendary, it was hot, wet, we even copped a crowd surfing wheelie bin, but goddamn it was a great night out for Brissie. If you missed it, suffer. Check out the footage of Soho + Fanning here shot by our good mate Lucas Sojkowski.
