This year started for us with a hectic first few months finally releasing our album Amazing Things. After a million delays and feeling like everything that could go wrong going wrong, we scored our first UK number 1 which of course we were proper stoked with! We then released a new song 'Fingernails' which was nice to get out so soon after the record.
This was our first summer since Covid, playing festivals across Europe, and our first tour back in the States since the pandemic too - so loved finally feeling some normality and being able to play shows again on a more regular basis.

FAVOURITE GIG YOU PLAYED THIS YEAR
Most definitely our show at the Royal Albert Hall back in March. Pretty soon after we’d released the album we were invited to be part of Teenage Cancer Trust’s week of shows at the RAH, one the most historic and legendary venues in the UK originally built by Queen Victoria for Prince Albert back in the day. We wanted to do something special so for the first time performed with an orchestra and choir which was a bit of a mad rush getting sorted in time but I think made it even more special when we pulled it off haha.

BIGGEST WTF OR WHOLESOME MOMENT FOR YOU/YOUR BAND
I think one of the biggest moments for us this year was announcing our UK 2023 tour with Papa Roach. We’ve loved that band since Infest so to have them along and get to play a bunch of shows with them is a defo a pinch yourself moment for us all.

BEST ADVICE GOING INTO 2023
Ah man that’s a toughie! Things in the world feel so crazy at the moment so the advice I’m trying to give myself is to not get caught up worrying about the future and just being more present in the day-to-day and squeezing all the fun out of what’s in front of me.
