Since their inception nearly twenty years ago, The Devil Wears Prada has become a household name within the realm of heavy music. Their impact on the worldwide heavy music scene continues to take effect in the modern age of metalcore amongst a thriving global community of headbangers, and rightfully so. From their Zombie 1 & 2 journey to their experimental age with Color Decay, TDWP can do it all.As the Ohio-based sextet gear up to tour Australia in August alongside Alpha Wolf, Invent Animate and thrown, they have gifted us with new track titled 'Ritual'. The song itself goes in a similar direction to what we have seen Architects take in recent years with a slower tempo than most examples of their previous offerings. Clean vocals delivered by the one and only Mike Hranica, backed by hard rock styled instrumentals, offer the anthmic arena sounds that this band has been due to deliver for quite some time now.If 'Ritual' tells us anything, its this - after nineteen years, The Devil Wears Prada are at the top of their game with no signs of slowing down in sight.
