Happy Release Day for guitarist superstar Nita Strauss who dropped her latest offering The Call Of The Void yesterday, featuring 14 new songs and a concoction of guests with everyone from Alissa White-Gluz (Arch Enemy), Lzzy Hale (Halestorm), David Draiman (Disturbed) and Alice Cooper joining the release to give it some heavy hitting star-power on top of their fantastic riffs and instrumentals.

But the song we're attracted to the most is new single 'Digital Bullets' which features none other than Chris Motionless of Motionless In White on vocals, while Nita SHREDS away with her band behind him. The premise of the song points the finger at internet trolls, who hide behind their keyboards, shooting digital bullets (duh!) at their targets without any remorse for their actions. Think of it like a radio-rock version of Motionless In White and you're not too far removed from the final product, but it's great to hear Chris in a melodic track, that showcases his flawless range (with some added screams in for good measure).

If you're looking for something new, go no further than this album - you might find something you didn't know you needed and it furthermore shows the talent (and licks) Nita has as one fo the most underrated guitarists getting around right now!
