Insomniac Games' upcoming Spider-Man 2 follows on from the storyline of Spider-Man and Spider-Man: Miles Morales, which puts both of our web crawlers smack bang in the middle of their biggest battle yet, facing off against Kraven the Hunter, while combatting a threatening alien symbiote, whose plans to 'heal' the world lead to a showdown of venomous proportions.
Amidst the panic, Peter Parker reunites with old best friend Harry Osbourne while Miles Morales sets his sights on life post-High School, but both worlds implode on each other with the friendship between our fav heroes tested like never before.
If you've played the games before, you know how in-depth and intricate the storytelling is through the gameplay and cutscenes - where they're almost to the point of bordering on cinematic quality - and swapping between Spider-Men to follow the journey, will be nothing short of epic.
2023 has delivered some fantastic game releases, and something tells us this reiteration to the franchise will be no different.
