Legendary Motörhead Guitarist Phil Campbell Bringing His Bastard Sons to Australia for Debut Performances

The Aussie tour calendar is on fire with the news of iconic Motörhead guitarist Phil Campbell making his way down under with his band of literal Bastard Sons - for the very first time.
The Nuclear Blast signed outfit have been making waves in the music scene since the release of debut album The Age of Absurdity in 2018, following it up with We're The Bastards in 2020 and last year's rockin' release Kings Of The Asylum. On top of playing alongside his actual sons Todd, Tyla and Dane, Phil also dabbled in the world of solo material with the release of the underrated Old Lions Still Roar back in 2019; so hopefully we get a career sampler of what makes this legendary act a household name, which is set to include throwbacks to his 32 years in the almighty Motörhead.
Flashing back to the tail end of 2020, we chatted up with Phil amidst the sea of COVID lockdowns, and he told us:
“We want to play everywhere when all this crap’s over, and I think it’s about time we get down there as well. The boys have never been so they're going to love it.”
Not only is the song of a gun living up to his promise, but the entire country's touring circuit will get in on the action, including you Perth!
