Local legends King Parrot have just delivered the biggest news of their careers as they’ve been announced as one of the supports for Pantera's upcoming EU/UK Tour throughout January and February 2025.
Along for the ride are Housecore labelmates Child Bite and the recently reformed Power Trip. The 21-date tour will kickstart in Helsinki, Finland on Jan 21 and see them finish in London at...wait for it... WEMBLEY ARENA!!!!!!!
We reached out to vocalist Matt 'Youngy' Young to find out how King Parrot camp were handling the news and, as expected, they're beyond chuffed:
“It goes without saying we’re absolutely honoured to be playing with Pantera and Power Trip through Europe and the UK in February 2025. For an uncompromising act like ourselves to be bestowed with this opportunity we’re elated. We’ll be adding some club dates around this to ensure we make the most of our time over there! Further to that we have our new album in the can and ready to go, which means new videos too, and a busy 2025!"
The lads will be heading off around Australia next month and of course we asked if there were any surprises in store, to which Youngy proudly proclaimed:
"We’ll definitely be rolling out some new tracks live too!”
