UPDATE: In light and respect of the passing of their brother Taylor Hawkins last weekend, the Foo Fighters have taken to social media to confirm the cancellation of all upcoming tour dates. This includes Australia and New Zealand which were due to take place in December. Frontier Touring have also confirmed the tour cancellation. For those of us that missed out on the Foo Fighters' show in Geelong last Friday, the band have dropped the news that they'll be returning to our shores this December for a huge stadium tour through all major cities plus across the ditch in New Zealand.
For Australia's three biggest cities (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane), the Foos will be introducing UK emo pop outfit Hot Milk to Australian audiences before Aussie rockers The Chats hit the stage. The rest of the country will see the likes of Teenage Joans and Teen Jesus & the Jean Teasers, while Kiwi fans get to witness Amyl & the Sniffers and Dick Move open up this illusive event. The plethora of upcoming Australian and international talent the Foo Fighters have rounded up here is just, insanity.
