The tour announcements have been nonstop lately for Australia and there’s no sign of things slowing down. Making their return to Australia since for the first time since 2023, Currents AND Chelsea Grin have unveiled a 9-date run throughout Australia (yes WA, SA and Tassie included) featuring phenomenal Australian supports Bloom and Heavensgate.
Each date on this tour will feature an alternating headliner (see below), encouraging attendance to multiple shows to take in the US powerhouses. Currents wowed attendees at their last Australian shows supporting Polaris on the Fatalism Tour, leaving fans wanting more after their shorter and memorable sets. Chelsea Grin gave it their all when they last played here in 2023 supporting Thy Art Is Murder’s Decade of Hate tour. I’ve been a huge fan since seeing them tear the roof of the Forum in Melbourne, and I can’t wait to see them in a headline capacity.
Bloom’s emotionally charged performances of bangers from Maybe In Another Life, combined with Heavensgate’s signature blend of hard hitting metalcore contributed to an unforgettable tour in December 2024.
