To The Grave Unleash Mayhem on New Single 'Deadskin Skimask'

Aussie deathcore fans are in for on hell of a Tuesday today as it is a day for some heavy releases. One of our favourite upcoming acts To The Grave have dropped their new single ‘Deadskin Skimask’ featuring Jake Kennedy and it is at the calibre we’ve grown to expect from the lads. As the second single off their upcoming EP OFFCUTS, which is out September 15^th through Unique Leader Records, there is no questioning why there is such hype around this band.

Fresh off their Director’s Cuts East Coast tour, 2023 has so far been an absolute banger year for these deathcore heavyweights. Starting off with their brutal album Directors Cuts (which was given a 10/10 by our team here) they then released their vicious single ‘Shock Tactics (1000v)‘ in June. With this new drop, To The Grave are continuously proving that they can back up every release with something even more brilliant and heavy... something they alluded to when we featured them on Wall of Sound TV back in March.

If you love To The Grave for their ridiculously heavy tracks, then ‘Deadskin Skimask’ will not disappoint. Unwavering in their message, the band are unrelenting in their beliefs and this single is no exception. This band has a real talent for writing some of the catchiest riffs without losing any of the heftiness. Vocalist Dane Evans is nasty, delivering line after line of confronting lyrics dripped in his signature venomous sound, proving that he believes in every single word that comes out of his mouth.

There is one thing about this band; they will always be upfront and in your face. Honestly, that is why we love them.
