System of a Down confirmed for Download Fest Australia?

The internet went into overdrive this morning after the revelation of Download Festival Australia's website going live and a few eager fans (myself included) getting access to a sign up mailing list page which confirmed the event was coming to Australia, and more specifically Melborne (ha!) in 2018, but the detective skills didn't end there.

Twitter user @castleet seems to have witnessed a potential headliner on Facebook when the page was published for a limited time (maybe to test everything works) and by the looks of it, we've got the rumoured System of a Down headlining the down under leg.

System of a Down played the first day of Download's UK festival so given that information, we could potentially receive an outing featuring bands from this year's 3 day event. No word yet on if we'll have multiple days or if it'll just be a one off event for the first year but the news is getting all of us ready with anticipation.
