Northlane are on point with New Single 'Citizen'

Northlane are a driving force which cannot be stopped right now. They're just about to embark on a big regional tour before heading overseas to Asia and Europe, but not before giving us yet another sample of their upcoming album.

The boys worked with legendary producer David Bendeth who most recently had his hands busy on Bring Me The Horizon's That's The Spirit, fellow aussie act Tonight Live and their Limitless album and the guys from A Day to Remember and Paramore, so you know they're definitely on a winner with that kind of help behind the scenes.

The boys first started teasing the new song/album with a completely mind-fucking experience you can relive here however guitarist Josh Smith revealed:

“Citizen is a song that was written about the First World police state and our willingness to live under the watch of those in power, for their means, while those who blow the lid on it suffer,”

“Writing this one was quite a mission, we went through five completely different sets of lyrics and the final incarnation of the song was the eighth revision. It took a lot of work but we are proud of it and beyond excited to share it with you all.”
