Hollywood Undead Drop New Single 'Heart Of A Champion' featuring Papa Roach & Ice Nine Kills

Californian rock/rap hybrids Hollywood Undead have teamed up with Papa Roach's Jacoby Shaddix and Ice Nine Kills frontman Spencer Charnas for a retake of their track 'Heart Of A Champion'. The band are all too familiar with teaming up with star power, having previously collaborated with Good Charlotte's Benji Madden and Sleeping With Sirens frontman Kellin Quinn. The song originally appeared as a standalone on the band's latest release, New Empire, Volume I (our review here) earlier this year.
The updated version of 'Heart Of A Champion' sees Charnas and Shaddix jumping in over the chorus respectively with Shaddix even getting in on those heavy hitting rap verses. The track doesn't stray too far from its original sound, and is a compelling blend of rock/hip hop elements that the NRL would absolutely jump at to play during a halftime break. I'm definitely getting big Fall Out Boy vibes from those beats and "oh oh's" carrying the chorus though.
