GhostSeeker Continue to Impress with New Single ‘Better Lie’

After we last covered their great singles ‘Live to Hate Me’ and ‘Mirrors Aren’t Kind’, Melbourne/Naarm alternative/metal outfit GhostSeeker are back with ‘Better Lie’. Check out this new track and see why you should keep an eye on the rise of this band.

The song opens with Celeste Dudeson’s captivating cleans, before we’re taken into a powerful chorus. The backup screams here add an extra layer of emotion, before getting a strong and heavy verse set of screams. This is accompanied by subtle yet impactful synths throughout, before building to another heavy moment right before closing out with more of Dudeson’s cleans.

‘Better Lie’ kept me hooked with consistently engaging melodies and mixing of beautiful styles of vocals. Based on what we have heard so far, GhostSeeker are just getting started and they are a band you need on your radar, especially if you dig the likes of Saviour and Ocean Sleeper.
