Diamond Construct Announce Sophomore Album "Angel Killer Zero" with New Single 'Switchblade OST'

The always tenacious and enigmatic Diamond Construct are hitting the ground running after their recent Pale Chord signing. Unveiling not only the ferocious new music video and single 'Switchblade OST' but also announcing their sophomore album Angel Killer Zero.

Set to be released on April 26th, the album goes in deep, exploring themes of loneliness, heartbreak, childhood trauma, and substance abuse, taking a very real and vulnerable look into navigating the reality of life. With it being mixed and mastered by Lance Prenc, who has worked with other Aussie icons Polaris, Thornhill and Alpha Wolf, it is sure to be an absolute monster of a record.

While waiting for the album though, their latest single 'Switchblade OST' is sure to tie you over. As the band says it's, "everything fans would expect from us." It's feisty and dynamic. Snarling lyrics over their signature heavy, distorted nu-metalcore blend of low-tuned guitars and 808s. In true Diamond Construct fashion, the music video takes on a chaotic, cyberpunk feel- blending modern aesthetics and lighting with retro anime vibes.
