coldrain Come Back with Infectiously Addictive New Song 'Before I Go'

Japan has been on fire in recent years with their heavy music scene and one band that we've been keeping our eagle eye on is Nagoya group coldrain - who are gearing up to release their seventh studio album Nonnegative on July 6, 2022 via Warner Music. So far, we've heard singles 'Paradise (Kill the Silence)' and 'CALLING' but today, they've delivered a melodic metalcore slapper that's going to make you wish you uncovered them sooner.

'Before I Go' is an absolute jam and takes the listener on a journey with frontman Masato David Hayakawa's impeccable delivery (in English too) and an uptempo drum beat that'll have you bouncing around the room in no time. Combine that with the guitars and that scream in the breakdown - ooooft - I can picture this band supporting the likes of Windwaker or Future Static in future, should they ever make it down under.
