Abandon All Ships Are Back After Several Years With Remastered Version of 'Maria (I Like it Loud)' Cover

It's the year of the crabcore return apparently?! Canadian metalcore band Abandon All Ships have released a remastered version of their Scooter cover 'Maria (I Like it Loud). It's the band's first release in a few years after no activity, since 'Loathe' - a one-off track they released back in 2016. The band announced the release on Facebook, where they asked fans to check their preferred streaming platform.
The song 'Maria (I Like It Loud) immediately brings you back to the early 2010s and it sounds even better than before. It's got that fierce EDM/metal infused sound with that they mastered across their career.
The last album from Abandon All Ships was 2014's Malocchio, which was really successful, but with lineup changes and the like, the band called it quits short after.
While 2020 has been a bummer for the most part, bands like these guys and Attack Attack! seem to be making a return to music. Can we expect an album from Abandon All Ships or reunion of some kind anytime soon? Guess we'll have to wait and see.
