The news comes with two brand new ones, the first is titled 'LeBron' which is an uptempo pop punk track with plenty of sing-a-long moments and Jeremy McKinnon's iconic cleans throughout guiding us to an easycore breakdown towards the end. 'Make It Make Sense' finds the band giving the fans what they wanted, a much heavier song full of down-tuned guitars and yells-a-plenty. It's in a similar vein to their previously released harder tracks (think 'Resentment' and 'Miracle) with melodic chorus, a tasty breakdown and that signature ADTR sound overall.
Get ready to hear at least one of these during their Australian visit next week for Knotfest. Uffffff
It's been just shy of 4 years since A Day To Remember unloaded their album You're Welcome upon the scene... On its release, many fans didn't take to the stripped-back songs featured throughout and waited patiently until their return to heavy.
The single 'Feedback' followed on May 31st, 2024 and since then we've waited longer than anticipated for a follow up.
However, after a quick stalk of their streaming platforms, it seems as if we're about to receive a surprise drop from the Florida natives in the form of a new release titled Big Ole Album Vol. 1 - and it's set for release this Friday on March 21st.
The news comes just over a week out from their triumphant return to Australian shores for Knotfest next weekend and the Brisbane sideshow that's now sold out - you snooze you lose.
But if this news is anything to go by, chances are we'll be hearing some new material while they're down under, and that's worth the long wait, surely!?
