Following BABYMETAL's strong return with ‘Divine Attack – Shingeki‘, they're blowing minds once again before the end of the year rolls in, this one titled 'Monochrome'. The Kawaii-Metal group are sounding stronger than ever after returning from their hiatus and announcing the new era. With the last single, the Japanese icons also announced their fourth (concept) album The Other One, out 24 March, 2023.
'Monochrome' kicks in with some heavy drum-kicks as the signature riff-style makes a rapid appearance. The crunchiness ceases and floats for a while as Su-metal and Moametal jump into a melodic trance. Between sections those guitars return, making for a steady and groovy track. This new BABYMETAL era is sounding incredibly matured and The Other One is taking shape!
