Thy Art Is Murder finally wound up their first Aussie tour since pre-COVID and joining them on the death metal lineup of the Human Target tour was Carnifex, Malevolence and I AM. To make up for the devastating cancellation of their original tour with Fit For An Autopsy, Dying Fetus and others, Thy Art Is Murder have already announced their next tour around the country, and it’s the one we’ve all been waiting for.

Earlier this year, we caught up with guitarist and the brains behind Human Warfare records, Mr. Andy Marsh and got wind that the ten-year Hate anniversary tour is in fact on the cards. For those that don’t know or may need a reminder, Thy Art Is Murder‘s Hate was their second studio album and really put our local deathcore kings on the map and broke records by doing so, hitting the ARIA charts and more.

Well, the boys are finally doing it. They’re touring the breakthrough record again, with seminal tracks like ‘Reign of Darkness‘ and ‘The Purest Strain of Hate‘ and well, the tour is stacked in an eyewatering way. In Jan 2023, the Aussie tour will see Thy Art Is Murder bring along Whitechapel, Chelsea Grin and SPITE. You might want to read that again and wipe away the tears. The tour is presented by Presented by Human Warfare, Graphic Nature Management and New World Artists.

With new albums all round, Whitechapel will be sporting new record Kin, Chelsea Grin with Suffer In Hell / Suffer In Heaven and SPITE with Dedication to Flesh. These three support bands need no introduction and will be setting the bar high in terms of deathcore tours.

Tickets go on sale Monday, October 10.
