Villain Of The Story Drop Hard Melodic Rock Single 'Don't Go'

We're constantly scouting the interwebs for the best new bands to showcase to you and we've come across one from the ever-impressive Out Of Line Music family that's surely going to be up your alleys!

Villain Of The Story are on the OOL roster alongside stellar acts such as ten56, Betraying The Martyrs, Combichrist and Novelists and today they've dropped a new melodic hard rock song that's a bit of fresh air from the metal/core we fill our lives with.

Featuring dual vocals from Christian Grey (no, not the 50 Shades character) and Logan Bartholomew, their guitar-driven sound reminds me of the heavier elements of Stone Sour with the clean singing of artists like Andy Biersack (Black Veil Brides), Joshua Franceschi (You Me At Six) and even Australia's very own Joshua Cory (Pridelands clean vocals). In the video, we see guitarist Cody Pauly and bassist Page Brownie shredding like there's no tomorrow and if that's an indication of what to expect in a live setting, we're keen to see more.

The song comes from the band's forthcoming album Divided which is set for release on July 22nd via Out of Line. If you're keen to hear more, dive into their world below!
