Sylosis Gift Us with New Track 'Immovable Stone' + Tease New Album in 2022

It's no secret Josh Middleton  is one of the hardest working men in metal right now - swapping between Architetcts and his own project Sylosis who have released a new song over the weekend - almost a year since their last single offering 'Worship Decay' was unleashed.

The thash four-piece's new song 'Immovable Stone' compiles growls, clean and tasty licks, furious solos and a couple of breakdowns that'll leave you wanting more. It's great to see what Josh can do in Architects and then watch him shred in the band he founded back in 2000. Turns out the song was part of a trio of new material, but sadly technology issues got in the way of the third release it seems as you'll read below.

Josh Middleton also dropped the news that a new Sylosis album was en-route in 2022:

"Immovable Stone is the second song released from a recording session we did last year which includes 'Worship Decay' (released December 2020) and one other song which will remain unreleased due to it accidentally being wiped from existence on a broken hard drive. Another slightly different sounding song to anything on Cycle of Suffering. A nice way to tie off 2021 and keep things moving forwards ahead of a new Sylosis record in 2022."

The band's last album Cycle of Suffering dropped in early 2020 (our review here) so if you've been hanging out for new music from them, you better start saving your coins...
