Of Mice & Men Reveal Last EP of Trifecta + Culminate Full Album With Single 'Fighting Gravity'

A few weeks ago Of Mice & Men released a belter of a track called 'Mosaic', and we knew the band were up to something, and hopefully getting ready for their third and final EP of the year. Well, it looks like all is going to plan as the band have revealed the aforementioned EP for their 2021 trifecta. It's titled Ad Infinitum and it's coming out on December 3rd via Sharptone Records with 'Mosaic' included. Not only that though, the band have announced their seventh studio album that culminates all three EPs together, and they're calling it Echo. Both the EP and the album release coinciding on the same release day.

The band have released 'Fighting Gravity' to coincide with the announcement. On the new track, bassist/vocalist Aaron Pauley says:

"Echo is a snapshot of the last year-and-a-half of our lives. It covers loss and growth, life and impermanence, love, and the infinite — how the most wonderful and most tragic parts of the human experience are deeply intertwined."

Let's take a look at 'Fighting Gravity'. Tuned nice and low, the track eases in with an extended instrumental and steadily picks up with controlled cleans. With some unclean vocals spilling through, it's really one of the band's slower numbers and encapsulates their romantic side. Not complaining at all with a track like this after some of the heaviness we've been hearing from Of Mice & Men recently, and it's going to be awesome for both fans and collectors to hear 'Fighting Gravity' on both the upcoming EP and LP.
