Froth French Upcomers Show Me Your Universe and Their Latest DJENTy Hit ‘Strawberry’

Is anyone else’s mind being blown right now with the insurmountable talent erupting out of France right now? From LANDMVRKS to ten56 to alternative/pop punkers Chunk! No, Captain Chunk! making their big return this year, it’s easy to see how the French are about to dominate the heavy scene on all corners of the globe.

Well, I have a new band discovery for you. If you love the aforementioned bands above, you’re going to froth newcomers Show Me Your Universe even more. The band’s new single ‘Strawberry’ storms in with such velocity that we’ve only previously witnessed from bands like Aussie heavyweights Polaris and Thornhill, and that intro riff will make your skin crawl like no other. Honestly, the instrumentals right throughout are fucking sick, and alongside the soaring vocals, these guys fit the metalcore mould perfectly.

While you’re getting around ‘Strawberry’ below, be sure to notice the band’s fun personality being spruiked through their outrageous costumes that’s giving off a bit of a Steel Panther/Eskimo Callboy vibe. So wild, but yet, so good! LOVE! You’ll be pining for even more from these guys, so make sure you check out their pretty cool cover of Twenty One Pilots’ ‘Heathens’. If we’re going off of these two tracks alone plus their 2019 album Origins, Show Me Your Universe is officially a name to watch very closely.
