Yours Truly Unveil 'Siamese Souls' Video

May 12, 2021
4 min read

Ahead of their Self Care tour kicking off in Brisbane this Friday, Yours Truly have just shot a brand new music video for the album's opening track and latest single, 'Siamese Souls'. The video shows mystical scenes of vocalist Mikaila Delgado pondering over a recent breakup and finding new meaning through astrological means (as you do when you just feel at a loss... c'mon we've all been there) while cutting back to the band jamming in a dark, grimey performance space. She shares:

“'Siamese Souls' is about sugar coating the fate of a relationship by looking towards astrology ….it can be so easy to become ignorant to the reality of the situation because you convince yourself the universe is bigger than you."

If this video doesn't get you mad keen for their upcoming shows in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne this month, maybe you need to get up to speed on Yours Truly's latest efforts. Self Care (our review here) was a highlight of the past year for the band and pop punk fans everywhere. Considering I haven't seen these kids live since Unify 2019, I am probably as stoked as the band are to be finally playing a show. See you Friday in Brisbane guys!
